Refund Policy

Products
New, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in original packaging with all accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable; the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Installation services
Once installation has been completed, services are non-refundable. If the installed system has issues, contact us for warranty service: we will repair or replace defective components at no additional cost for one year from the install date.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@hiddenwire.com within 72 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The bank may take an additional 3–10 days to post the credit.
