Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship our products worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days; international orders take 7–21 business days depending on customs in the destination country.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Items marked "in stock" are dispatched from our Miami showroom. Special-order items have a separate lead time noted on the product page.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Customs & duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping fees.

Delivery issues

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact info@hiddenwire.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
